About Wood Adhesives

Main Component : -

Polyvinyl acetate emulsion unit, water, PVOH.

Scope of Application : -

50%solid content mainly for water-soluble coatings, construction raw material, the lumber ,the paper, the leather, the linterfabric ,the cement and the foam plastics etc, has the good binding propertyalso serving as the books wireless tobind, cigarette, bonding and sizing of fabrics.

40%solid content is mainly for wood processing, cigarette and bonding and sizingof fabric.

30%solid content mainly use as sticks for paper small lumber, available in paperprocessing (paper pulp Chemical additive, paper soaking, spreadscloth to help medicinal preparation),Fabric processing, cement intensifier,handicraft production and cultureand education office supplies bond.

25%% solid content mainly use in the offices , printing, the paper box processing,the low grade paper tube processing, the handicraft and the paper caking and soon.

20 %solid content mainly use in bonding for the paper of the office Appliance andhandiwork , the processing for the ordinary paper boxes and paper pipe and soon.

Storage AndPacking: -

The product should be stored at temperature 5 ~37^oC in sealed non-metal container,prevent from freeze and high temperature. The self life is 12 monthsfrom the date of production. It is availableto use based on passing of the test if being beyond the shelf life.
If theglue Slightly freezes, should place in 30 ~ 40^oC greenhouses for a full alleviation. and stirred evenly, does notaffect the use. If the glue is not used for a long time andis seriously freezed, cannotalleviate, appears agglomerated, even emulsionbreaking, then it cannot be continued to use.
